Therefore in order to keep your sneakers in perfect shape we advice you to take note of the following tips:
- Keep sneakers away from direct contact with oils, grease, alcohol or any other abrasive products
- Never introduce them into a drying machine
- When handcleaning, avoid: hot water, dryers of any type, softeners and washing detergents.
Tissue We advice you use a high-quality neutral hand soap, applying it softly with cold water both above and under the tissue, using either a cloth or a soft tooth brush, followed by a cloth dampened with cold water, subsequently leaving the shoe to dry but not in hot temperature.
Be careful not to allow parts of the shoe made of suede or leather to enter in contact with water, risking loss of colour and/or quality.
Avoid any detergent for clothes since they contain chemical ingredients which could damage tissue colour.
Suede Use a special protector spray for suede before starting to use the sneakers and after. In case the shoes acquire dirt and you don´t have protector with you, our advice is to wait till the stain is dry and then to proceed to clean them with a special brush for suede products.
Under no circumstance apply water on suede leather since it will normally harden and your sneakers could also change colour.
Leather Use a clean soft dry cloth (non abrasive). In case of contact with water, don´t hard press the leather ; use a dry clean cloth and apply soft movements to absorb the liquid.
If the leather is stained clean with a soft and humidified cloth, drying in open air. Apply shoe polish cream to leather or moisturizing grease, delicately.
Leather and Fur Do not wash it in the washing machine or dry clean them: lightly dab the shoes using clean water and a sponge. Place a small amount of body lotion on a damp sponge.
Gently buff the surface of the shoe. When you have finished, use another clean and damp sponge to rinse away the lotion. Stuff the sandal with paper to help it dry quicker and maintain its shape. Leave it to dry naturally overnight in a dry and ventilated spot (never in front or on top of a radiator).
Keep out of direct sunlight.
